After that, you will receive individually selected au pair applications – free of charge.
The Placement Process
Step 1: Contact the Au Pair
You can personally contact your chosen au pair and conclude an agreement. This can be done via email, phone, or other communication methods.
Step 2: Decision
You and the au pair decide together whether you want to spend the au pair year together.
If the au pair candidate changes their mind within one month or no agreement is reached, we will provide one replacement candidate free of charge.

Tasks of an Au Pair
An au pair supports the family in daily life (max. 30 hours per week), including:
- Preparing breakfast
- Doing laundry
- Taking children to kindergarten
- Playing with the children
An au pair significantly relieves the family and helps organize daily routines.
Duration of the Au Pair Stay
- Minimum: 6 months
- Maximum: 12 months
During this time, the au pair lives with the host family and participates in daily activities.
Additional Rules and Rights
